Let Jag

Jet lag?

Never had it. No strong circadian rhythm or really any.

To someone who has never experienced it, seems just bizarre. Canโ€™t you, just, like go to sleep when you want to? You mean regular people canโ€™t just do that?

Huh. Weird.

  1. I’ve never had jet lag going from NAmerica to Europe, but going in the opposite direction I typically get super sleepy around 5 to 6 in the afternoon and sleep until the next morning, then I’m okay.

That might be because of the different timing (America to Europe is usually overnight and Europe to America is in the day).

I do have a natural day-cycle rhythm but can not usually follow it. It’s go to bed between 2-3 am get up around 9 and take an hour nap around 4-5 pm. My peak thinking usually starts around 10 pm to 1 am.

    • I sleep at bizarre (to most) and ever-changing times normally, so I think this is why I have no problem just going somewhere and being okay — at least as okay as I ever am.
