Even this soon into working out, I am already heavier and my pants are looser. That means that working out isโฆworking.
People seem to think that the transition is slow. But itโs not, really. Your body adapts quickly to the new demands (And also de-adapts quickly, too.) In a year, Iโll be twenty pounds heavier but down a pants size at least.
That my pants are getting looser now is a bad sign. It means I need to eat more so I can put on muscle more quickly. Itโs not efficient to work out and effectively lose fat quite this quickly.
