Ok, I think I finally understand the Kolmogorov probability axioms both formally and informally. I care more about the informal understanding but the second made no sense to me informally so I had to go formal.

I am more familiar with and accustomed to quantum probability so this is really different for me, which is I think why I had trouble with the second axiom (quantum probability does not work that way!)
