Mostly correct. As described in the Iliad (admittedly, there is not much description) Achilles would’ve looked more like Brad Pitt than that “historical Greek” image. The Greek word “xanthḗ” is used of Achilles, which refers to light hair in general, not necessarily reddish. But definitely not dark.

And yes, I have read that work, though not in Greek.
