Why are Covidians so obsessed with lockdowns? If they had their way, we’d all still be in lockdown now of course, more than six years after the pandemic began.

It must be noted that blanket lockdowns had never been used in another pandemic before Covid; they were in fact specifically recommended against by the WHO prior to 2020. What bothers me is the Covidians’ extreme fixation on lockdowns, not whether or not if they are sometimes warranted. It seems extremely unhealthy to me.

You can just tell it has absolutely nothing to do with wanting to help anyone.
