Essentially correct. Canada is a loosely-held satrapy of the CCP, with its politics mostly under Chinese control. The Chinese attempted this in the US, but we resisted more and had more barriers to this sort of soft takeover.

Canada had little immune system and now they are another Chinese province de facto.
