Military camouflage actually works quite well in the environment where it is intended to be used.
Those look like Northrop F-5 Tiger IIs, almost certainly the Brazilian Air Force’s modernized F-5EM variant. The camo pattern gives it away. And that the city is Porto Alegre, Brazil.
