This job market does not have an answer for the fact that every year, more and more young people, eager to show the world what they can do, will be competing for a shrinking pool of AI-decimated jobs while being told, over and over, that they aren’t good enough.

Economists are mendaciously claiming what is obviously happening is not occurring, even though it very clearly is. This article has a better view. Just as with shipping all our core industrial jobs off to China for a few bucks, AI will eliminate tons of jobs and they will not come back. And this time, you won’t even be able to go part-time as a Walmart greeter.
