Do people really read 50-page proposals?
Sure, when I have an extra 10-15 minutes I’ll give something like this a read. 😉
I am a fast reader and it doesn’t take me long. But no matter how speedy or poky a reader you are, why would you not read a vendor proposal? Seems pretty important even if you’re not the one signing it.
