And to clarify again for the doubters, haters, losers, shouters and pouters, I don’t use any steroids, human growth hormone, hormone replacement therapy or anything that gets converted to a steroid (other than, you know, food) at all.
Unlike most who have good muscles and high vascularity, I’m all natural. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
I didn’t work out with my partner tonight so I lost count of my exercises and sets. I am certain I did more than I intended.
So I did Impossible Celebrity WorkoutTM x 1.5 or 2.
I do the impossible by accident. Love it.
I did three sets of 45 dips each on the dip bars this evening. Back in early 2023, I was only able to do 19. And that was a struggle.
Still getting stronger.
