Itโs funny how people who are โnaturally fatโ eat in my presence in an eight hour workday period more than I eat in an entire 24 hour period. Far more.
Just observations from work.
One guy consistently eats more calories in cookies alone than I eat in a day, of anything.
One guyโs โlunchโ is as big as two of my dinners.
Etc.
Not intending to single anyone out. But I do observe what people eat because I have the data, but I also want to observe data in action.
Yes, strange how people who are โnaturally fatโ seem to have to eat so much more than I do to be that way.
Hmmโฆ..
2000 calories visualized I’m sure you’ve seen this before.
How much of the last two visualizations would you even eat? It looks like a lot of food to me. The fast food depictions would make me angry if those were my calorie allotment of the day. Where’s the fiber, where’s the vegetables? I would not have the cookies or the ice cream or the alcohol on most days. Also there would be more than one glass of water.
Yeah, that’s a good piece.
The last two do seem a lot of food. I only eat desserts on Saturdays, so that’s an easy way to cut calories.
And I control portions so I usually eat about half of what other people eat. Restaurant portions are just enormous.
