It’s a waxing crescent today. Also, I’m pretty sure you’re going to get less rain than we did. Hermine didn’t become a hurricane where I am. There’s some flooding, especially on the Gulf but nothing scary. We got about 22 inches of rain and a lot of school cancellations. Some water mains broke near my place and I’m worried about leaks in the roof.
Yes, I’m definitely going to see Hidden Figures, for the science and also because I’m a Janelle Monáe fan (I don’t know how well she can act though).
We had to scrub our plan for going to a state park Saturday, but we’ll go Sunday instead. Assuming the Cape Fear River doesn’t flood too badly.
Twenty-two inches of rain. Reminds me of when Sandy was over FL. One of our favorite parks in FL was flooded out for months.
