AOC is the best thing to happen to politics in a long time, and one of the most intelligent politicians I’ve seen in a quite a while. It’s only propaganda that convinces anyone otherwise, and believe me there is millions if not billions of dollars pushing in that direction because she is a real threat.

I train calves! Do 120+ calf raise reps at least twice a week holding 105 pounds, 52.5 pounds in each hand. Would hold more but that’s as big as my dumbbells are.
When
When we have more space for it, I need a Smith machine and some sort of cable machine so that I can do proper pull exercises.
Generally, one should use free weights most of the time, but machines are unbeatable for certain exercises and since I have poor balance, a Smith machine is good for squats.

Basically.
I try to be the best-dressed in my office, whatever office I’m in. Not too hard in IT, really, given the appalling apparel to be found there. Got in a bit of a competition with a guy at an old job, but beat him out when I showed up in an ornate maroon velvet-lined waistcoat and some fancy-ass pants. Don’t have a picture, unfortunately, and it’s too hot to wear most of the time.
The things that normals get up to I just have trouble understanding, though.

If Biden is nominated, Trump wins again. He’s a repeat of Hillary Clinton, and weak in exactly the same ways. He’s a relic from last century, who really only appeals to Boomers, and he has no chance of winning the election against an opponent like Trump.

The problem isn’t that nationalism is so great, it’s that the suggested alternatives are so much worse and not useful that nationalism seems good in comparison.
