Iโve gained enough muscle in the past 9 months that I do think I burn a good bit more calories during the day, but Iโve also worked out far harder than most people would care to to get this far. For losing weight, calories in, calories out is where itโs at, and its far easier to deal with it at the โcalories inโ portion of that equation.
