We did something a little different yesterday for our workout. Instead of the usual five or so exercises for 3-5 sets of 10 reps, we did only two exercises for 10 sets, 10 reps โ thatโs 100 reps of each exercise.
Though I have not done that specifically in 20+ years, it wasnโt that bad. We did incline bench dumbbell press and shorty bar curls. Was a good workout.
