I’m a speech pathologist EXPERT and that’s just a STUTTER. Forgetting a basic fact like how long it is until the next election in which you are running is definitely not a sign of cognitive decline. Thinking it’s anything other than a stutter is, like, racism or something. Or some other -ism that’s bad, whatever makes me look better and you look worse. Believe me because I know these things.
