Bought a gaming laptop, and everything runs so fast that I suddenly felt like it was 2003 again.

Then I realized that "everything works better like it did in 2003) is a sobering thought regarding the rate of technological progress.

Tech has regressed in most ways to where it was in 1989 or so. It’s that bad now.
