Kat has a good point. I refuse to put โBlack Lives Matterโ or anything like that in anything work-related not because I donโt believe in it, but because the moment you do that you could find yourself on the other side of the issue next time and be fired because you refuse to put โWomenโs Sports Should Be Illegalโ or some shit like that in your email signature.
Just donโt do it. I work for a living (well, mainly for health care), not for scoring political points.
