Fuck yes they are. Liberals who did not grow up around these people have NO IDEA. No idea at all. They are usually comically clueless. An evangelical sees himself (the male pronoun used very deliberately here) and his whole family dying while taking you with them as a good thing. Because, see, they are going to heaven and that will send you to hell where you belong.

The main reason that I am worried about red states getting control of nuclear weapons in the upcoming Civil War II is that they will not hesitate to use them to bring about the Kingdom of Jesus.
