Why there’s so many China bootlickers on Reddit lately? Is this some kind of targeted gov campaign?

China has millions of people whose job is solely to spew propaganda. So, yes, that’s partially the reason. Some are genuine authoritarian bootlickers, like Ian Welsh. But some are actually compensated.

I’m not sure which is worse.
