What’s something about being a man that no one warned you about, but hit you like a truck when it finally did?

When you make it to adolescence and realize everyone now sees you as a threat to be managed and dealt with. And then ignored. That’s a really rough transition.

Especially since the vast majority of men are in fact not a threat to anyone.
