This is why anyone who relocates for RTO is a chumpish numpty. As the comments point out many of those laid off today (1,500 people) just uprooted their entire lives to move to Arkansas and then were promptly out of a job in a nothing town.
Not a good deal. Resist RTO and definitely do not relocate as RTO is almost always just a disguised layoff scheme that they will follow up with actual layoffs.
