It’s so nice to be in no debt and own our house free and clear.

It might’ve been wiser to have immigrated as America destroys itself. But we’ll be ok unless the death squads show up. Which is, alas, now a possibility. Not likely, but certainly a possibility with all the authoritarian know-nothings in charge.
