I do think that sex is rightly classified as a “need.” It’s just not the same type of need as food, air, and water. Doesn’t make it less real, though. The difference is that imposing a need for sex on someone else against their will is morally and ethically wrong.
Hence, why this scumbag should be kneecapped and sent back to wherever he came from. Alive if he goes willingly, and in a casket if not.
