I like this photo of Hazel English because it’s one of the few vintage look attempts that has an authentic hairstyle from the mid- to late-60s with an actual bit of clothing that would’ve been worn by someone with that hairstyle. In addition, her makeup is era-accurate, which many vintage cosplay types also get wrong.

Most people way overdo it when they attempt to look like someone from a different time. But Hazel and her stylist got it exactly right.
