Yep. Something like 90% of Indian resumes are completely fraudulent. Just total scam city. Or scam country, rather.

No idea why you’d need a CS grad for a network admin, though. Those are completely unrelated non-transferable skill sets and I’ve yet to meet a CS grad who knew even the tiniest bit about networking (many thought they did, but actually knew nothing).
