I’ve been observing that for years. Unless a house is completely custom-designed and custom-built to very rigorous specifications, a $5 million house is constructed with the same low-quality shitbox materials as a doublewide trailer. It just has more floor space.

Makes no sense at all. But that’s the way it is in the good ol’ USA.
