Why does every “quick question” turn into a 30 minute troubleshooting session?

Thirty minutes isn’t bad. I’ve had one “quick question” turn into a 2.5 year project, and many transform into multi-month projects.

I do not like user “quick questions.” They are never quick, and are rarely questions.
