That’s my conclusion too. “Progressives” are stuck in the past with AI and seem completely determined to stay there. Meanwhile, AI models (LLM+reasoning) already work really well and are improving all the time. For instance, I can do things with Claude it couldn’t come close to doing six months ago. They are also getting cheaper.

So progressives will fall further behind and look more clownish all the time. Which is fine with me.
