Zeynep, one can safely ignore 99% of anything Kevin Drum says. He doesn’t know a fucking thing about anything. His opinions on the economy, on epidemiology, on basically anything are those of someone who has skimmed a few articles that he didn’t really understand.

Drum mainly cares about the possiblity of his house value falling and seeming smart rather than being smart.
