Uh oh, someone’s looking to get canceled! I think this is mostly true. On balance, women are better off dating someone who has his life together rather than same-age peers — especially with how men 18-28 tend to be such shitheads. Women are more likely to be treated better by someone with more experience, and more likely to be happier with someone with more resources (more money == better life). (And note, this isn’t about gold-digging, etc. The simple fact is more money means just a better life for everyone.)

Sociopaths gonna sociopath no matter their age. If I were a woman, I’d likely aim to date people 5-15 years older than me, depending on my own age. Just makes sense.
