Everybody knows the scene is dead
But there’s gonna be a meter on your bed
That will disclose
What everybody knows

“A meter on your bed” indeed. Probably a camera, too. Why the liberals have this ethos, this desire for utter control of expression and emotion and lust, I have no idea. Perhaps because these are all so very messy. But welcome to the mess! It’s called the universe, and it’ll be here for a while yet.
