Mask on, if you’re close to others. Mask on outside is far safer than mask on indoors.

Liberals, the virus isn’t some fucking wild animal that chases you down the street. There are levels of risk. In areas with huge air volume with decent ventilation (like, uh, all of outside) there’s little risk. There’s more if you are very close to people, but that can mostly be ameliorated by everyone wearing a mask.
