Just use another person you worked with as a reference and leave immediately. I’ve been in this situation before and did exactly that. That bridge is already in full conflagration. Pro tip: if someone is burning you now, they’ll burn you later; the bridge is irrelevant at that point.
A two-week notice is a courtesy, not a requirement (in the US, other countries differ). Get the fuck out. I know American workers have been so crushed they feel like oppression is de rigeur, but at lot of that is like a dog that has been beaten so much it flinches when anyone raises a hand. As someone in the comments said, “Nuke that fucking bridge.”
