To the people who say that AI is not thinking, but is just doing “statistical analysis:” how do you think your brain is operating below the surface of what you can access consciously? It’s doing the same thing, using ridiculous and time-saving shortcuts that are often even worse than AI, with some layered-in structure that severely constrains and limits you.

If you believe AI is not thinking at all, then neither are you.
