Someone replied to my tweets about the anti-vaxxer being denied a heart, angrily saying "oh yeah, this won't be used as a precedent to deny people care for being fat or disabled." they do not seem to understand that is literally already the STATUS QUO in the donation game.

Obese people have about a 50% lower one-year survival rate after organ transplant, and very obese people (when it’s even allowed), have about a 70% lower survival rate.

And that’s not because of discrimination. It’s because being obese makes you very fragile.
