These are the states to avoid living in and to move away from if you live there now. Makes a nice list of declining states.

This is the list of states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

We are actively working to move away from Florida and will be gone by mid-summer. We will never live in a red or trending-red state again; just too much risk.
