Muscle gain is measured in years or decades.
Fat loss is easy. Get into a calorie deficit and you're good.
Muscle gain is damn tough.
You have to train religiously โ like a madman โ and eat enough for a very long time.

Fortunately, I am a fucking madman. Never been anything else. Iโm gaining muscle faster than dudes in their 20s. Honestly, Iโm killing it. Itโs a lot easier if youโve done it before and you follow what other smart people have already done (Iโm basically using a version of the training Hugh Jackman did for his Wolverine roles, with more emphasis on getting strong and less on appearance.)
