Pump and dumps are illegal, but Jim Cramer’s whole business model was just that, and he evaded all punishment by simply agreeing to shutter his fund, moving to TV where he could pump and dump more by just saying buy Bear Stearns IN MINECRAFT.

Much can become legal if you have enough cash to pay off the so-called regulators and buy the government. Supposedly, Robinhood was getting calls from the White House about GameStop et al. “Counterparty risk” and “capital requirements” are just excuses no different than if you say you don’t want to go to lunch with someone because you need to run errands.

The only opinions that matter are those of billionaires. We’re just gladiators in their arena.
