I think it’s a great idea. Should have been doing this from ~six months after vaccines became available. If not deny altogether, put them as the very lowest priority for care, behind elective surgeries etc. (No, “elective” probably does not mean what you think it means.)

The deliberately unvaccinated made a dumb choice and sometimes people should pay for that, especially when it harms others.
