I was telling my partner that the general public memory for events is about six months. Really exceptional people remember things for about two years. After that, itโs totally forgotten by nearly everyone.
The vast, vast majority of people did not recall (and still donโt know) that Russia had already invaded Ukraine in 2014, for instance. This included more than a few of my friends.
