i want an unopinionated raw SQL replacement of google:

SELECT url, lastmodified
FROM index
WHERE text LIKE ‘%keyword%’
ORDER BY …

with lots of orderings, simple and complex, to choose from.

Same. We need less clown-oriented stuff, more power to do things. “Bicycle for the mind” should still be the aspiration despite all the naysayers and dipshits.
