How do I stop my family’s neighbors from harassing my family?

Stuff like this is one of the reasons I am wary of buying a place. I do not react well to bullying and harassment and am likely to go to jail in such a situation. I do not tolerate it and I will go ape on people for behavior like this.

Yet another risk of owning that’s often unexamined. What if you get a crazy neighbor?
