That shell weighs 43.2kg or 95 pounds. There is no fuze attached so it could not detonate as it is (eyebolt still screwed on). It’s a high explosive round variant, but I’m not sure what the purpose is here. Most of an arty round is useless weight, so it’s pointless to attach it to a drone.
Maybe this is just for show? I hope because as it is and as mentioned, it would not explode.
