People think they have decades until their lifestyles catch up to them. It’s more like months. Years if they are lucky. I know people with chronic diseases and conditions in their early 30s who were athletes in college. Act now. Especially now.

Yeah, sometimes I’ll find current pictures of jocks from high school and I’m amazed at how terrible they look now. And it’s not just the depredations of North Florida — many of them came from families with money.
I’m 43 and I look 30 or so. They’re 43 and they look 60. And a fat, unhealthy 60. It’s shocking to see. Like, they ran the school in 1993 and now they look like a dump truck ran over them. How does that happen?
