No BS

One thing I really like about the company I work for is that it feels like for the most part that I do not have one of Graeberโ€™s โ€œbullshit jobs.โ€

If youโ€™ve eaten a banana or a pineapple this week, worn a work uniform, used a first aid kit, worn certain brands of shoes, gotten your car repaired, used a battery and many other things, chances are good that the company I work for (and thus me, a tiny bit) had something to do with that getting to you.

Of course itโ€™s a very tiny bit indeed, but first company Iโ€™ve worked for where it feels like I am doing something pretty useful.

    Lucky you.

    Tenneco?

    • No, not Tenneco. I am easy enough to find if someone wanted to do the homework, but I won’t post my employer on the blog since I sometimes talk about it here in general terms. I doubt anyone would care, truly, but best to keep those domains separate.
